How to Place an order for a baby sign? For baby signs contact us after the birth with details (baby name, height, weight, and birthday) for your personalized bundle and to schedule delivery. Can I reserve a sign before the baby is born? Yes! simply order a sign and include the baby's expected due date. This will reserve your sign. Just notify us when the baby arrives and we will schedule a delivery time. We also take requests for scheduled C-sections ahead of time. How do I pay for Stork Sign Rental? We will send you an invoice or take payment over the phone or you can place an order online. Orders must be paid in full prior to delivery. Is There a Delivery Charge for your birth announcement yard signs? We provide FREE delivery within 15 miles of Longwood Park in Sarasota, $25 delivery free for anything 15-25 miles. Over 25 miles please call for pricing. Where do we Deliver? We joyfully serve Sarasota & Manatee County - this includes but is not limited to: Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, Myakka, Palmetto, Parish, Venice, Osprey, Anna Maria Island, Bayshore Gardens, Longwood Run How Far in Advance should I order the announcement? Our goal is to have your sign in the yard within 24 hours of your call/order. For Baby signs we strive to have the sign up to welcome mom and new baby home. When do you delivery and Pick up your birth announcement yard signs? We deliver and pick up signs 7 days a week. Does someone have to be home for your birth announcement yard signs to be delivered or picked up? No. Times and dates for pick up and delivery will be set when the sign is ordered. Where will you place the sign in the yard? We use do our best regarding sign placement to ensure best visibility and a nice backdrop for photographs. If there is a specific spot you would like, please notify us when you place your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We cannot guarantee exact placement of the sign if you are not home when we deliver the sign and/or if you have not marked the location in the yard with a clearly visible marker. Is There a refund Policy? You will receive a full refund if any of the following apply: *You cancel your stork sign rental at least 24 hours in advance *Extreme weather conditions prevent us from setting up your sign You will NOT get a refund if any of the following apply: *We are unable to get into a gated community because we were not given a gate code or it doesn't work *The security guard at a gated community refuses to allow us entry *The homeowner or receiver does not allow us to set up the sign or calls us to request that we pick up the sign prior to the end of the rental period *If a dog or other animal is threatening or refuses to all us onto the property Can I order a sign for a sibling? Yes! We offer sibling signs for an additional $25 By having a sibling sign with the birth announcement sign, the big brother or sister feels included! Can I order a sign for a pet? Yes! we offer dog bones and kitten signs! They are $25 each. Celebrating "first baby" is a special occasion for pets too!! What services do you offer grandparents? Grandparents can rent a sign "We have a granddaughter!" or "I am a grandmother!" When ordered at the same time as the birth announcement sign, the 7 day fee for the grandparent sign is only $85. *Please note the sign for a grandparent is generic "It's a grandson" or "it's a granddaughter" Do you offer other services for Expectant mothers? Baby Shower or Gender Reveal Party Yes! Our Storks are PERFECT way to greet guests at baby showers or to help announce baby's gender at a gender reveal party. We can wrap the stork in a burlap like a present so it is a surprise the day of the gender reveal party!We will put "it's a boy" on the stork. Our storks have stands for indoor flat surface use - we can provide gender neutral stork for gender reveal parties - can include messages like "Pink or Blue what do you think?" Can the storks be rented for special announcements too? Yes. We can easily customize any message for you. Announce a pregnancy "We are expecting in December" or Announce "Mary is going to be an Aunt" How does the baby shower rental work? We have indoor and outdoor stands available to place the sign in the desired location for your event. Please include the wording for the sign in the "additional comments" We will contact you after order is placed to verify details.
